Wooly's Wheels expert workshop staff are ready to assist on any repair big or small. We service Giant and Specialized electric bikes including firmware updates, service all types of suspension and hydraulic disc brakes and can race-prep your bike for upcoming events.
ELECTRIC BIKE SERVICING PLEASE NOTE: We currently can only service Specialized and Giant products.
First free service
Purchase a new bike and receive a free service within two months of purchase. It includes minor adjustments (excludes parts if required) to ensure trouble-free riding.
We stand behind our workmanship so that’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee on all our repairs. If you experience a minor issue after repair, drop in for an on-the-spot adjustment.
*Bikes that are outside the two month period will be charged at the Silver Service rate.

Our Fixed Price Bicycle Servicing

SILVER SERVICE - $175.00
- Wipe down clean of frame and wheels (if bike is excessively dirty an additional bike wash labour charge may apply)
- Lubricate gear and brake cables (replacing cables at additional cost if required)
- Lubricate drivetrain
- Adjust gears
- Adjust brakes (replacing/sanding brake pads at addition cost if required)
- Straighten wheels in workshop stand
- Adjust wheel hubs
- Adjust headset
- Check all bolts
- Inflate tyres to correct pressure
- Road test
*All parts (tyres, tubes, chain etc) and additional labour at extra cost if required.

GOLD SERVICE - $250.00
- Full wash and degrease of bike
- Check all bearings (bottom bracket, headset and hubs
- Replacement bearings at additional cost)
- Lubricate drivetrain
- Lubricate gear and brake cables (replacing cables at additional cost)
- Replacing chain and cassette if required (parts at additional cost)
- Adjust gears
- Adjust brakes (replacing/sanding brake pads at addition cost if required)
- Straighten rotors and re-centre brake pistons on disc brakes
- Straighten wheels in workshop stand
- Adjust wheel hubs
- Adjust headset
- Check all bolts
- Inflate tyres to correct pressure
- Road test
*All parts (tyres, tubes, chain etc) and additional labour at extra cost if required.

PLATINUM SERVICE - $500.00
Our most comprehensive service with total disassembly, cleaning, lubrication and re-installation of every component of the entire bike. Includes all features in our Gold Service plus:
- Disc brake bleed (if required)
- Cable replacement (cables at additional cost if required)
- Replace handlebar tape (tape at additional cost if required)
- Rebuild/regrease headset
- Rebuild/regrease bottom bracketRebuild/regrease front/rear hubs
- Off-bike chain, cassette and crankset degrease
- Straighten wheels and re-tension spokes
- Replacing tyres/tubes if required (parts at additional cost)
- Road test
*All parts (tyres, tubes, chain etc) at extra cost if required. Additional labour may be charged for anything not listed above (handlebar install etc).
Please note: if you are booking in more than one bike, please make a separate booking on our app for each bicycle.
At Wooly’s Wheels, we know you can’t be without your bike for too long, and we pride ourselves on quick, efficient service for your pride and joy. You’re welcome to drop your bike in without a booking, but if you’ve got an ideal day in mind for us to work our magic, follow these simple steps:
Drop us a line by phone on (02) 9331 2671 or email service@woolyswheels.com.au and nominate a coming weekday you’re able to pick your bike up, and that will be your bike’s service day if there’s still a slot available with our technicians. Should you contact our workshop via email, we'll respond quickly to confirm the booking or suggest an alternate day.
Bring your bike in anytime before 10:00am on that booking day and, as long as we have the required parts, your service will be completed within an hour of closing time. You’re also welcome to bring the bike to us any preceeding day.
Remember that unfortunately we can’t commit to completing services on weekends ahead of time, as this is our busiest part of the week and we can’t promise your bike will get back to you. However, we are often happy to complete small repairs if you’re happy to leave your bike with us for a little while.
