30 Day Exchange/Refund policy
Woolys Wheels offers a no-fuss 30 day return and exchange policy is you are not satisfied with your product.
The conditions are simple and as follows:
- If you have ordered the wrong product or size, please ensure the items are still in the original packaging and not have been used, fitted, or marked in any way. Failure to do so may prevent a refund being issued.
- The costs of returning the goods to Woolys Wheels and the cost of shipping replacement/exchange goods from Woolys Wheels to the customer will be at the customers expense unless Woolys Wheels has made en error in processing your order and you have received incorrect products or missing products.
- Woolys Wheels accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of any parcel in transit to our store. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe packaging.
- The customer MUST provide proof of purchase. This can be either a store invoice number printed on your receipt or your online order number.
- The customer must download this required form, fill it in and return it with the goods.
Note: If you have received something you did not order or your order was not complete, contact us before returning the goods as we may be able to rectify the problem sooner.
